If you need to get in touch you can contact us via email or phone Tiens on 021 213 7572 from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am-1:00pm Saturday.

We are based in Riverhead and do not have a retail shop so please contact us to arrange a demonstration in one of our listening rooms. Please note, some clearance items may be unavailable for demonstrations.
Shipping & Delivery
We only ship via courier so please do not provide PO Box addresses for delivery. Products over $200 in value will be shipped with signature required. We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 business days from receiving payment for your order. Shipping cost varies from product to product, we try our best to have free shipping on most items but sometimes we can't absorb this cost. To calculate the shipping cost, add a product to your cart then use the Shipping Quote box to calculate the shipping cost.
Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and will not pass your details onto any parties unless it is required to fufill your order or for warranty purposes. You can unsubscribe from newsletters & promotional communications through your account settings.
Returns & Replacements
Please contact us before returning any product. All new products have a minimum 1 year warranty and secondhand products have 30 days warranty. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

We accept Credit Card payments and transfers via PayPal or bank transfers from New Zealand bank accounts or cash on pick up. Our Bank details are:
