- If you need to get in touch you can Contact us via email or pick up the phone and call us on 09 473 5009 or 021 213 7572 from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am-1:00pm Saturday. We are based on Auckland's North Shore and do not have a traditional retail shop so please contact us to arrange a demonstration in one of our listening rooms. Please note, some clearance items may be unavailable for demonstrations.

- We only ship via courier so please do not provide PO Box address' for delivery. We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 business days from receiving payment for your order.

- Returns & Replacements
